Legacy Stoneworks

One of my favorite Web sites.  I was instrumental in the build-out of the site.  It's my brother Kristian Matthews'  and and his wife's company Legacy Stoneworks, and the company produces some of the most beautiful natural granite buildings and building stone construction work.  What is so unique about this company is that they not only produce the stone from their own property, but they also install the stone.  This is one of very few companies in this industry that is acutally vertically integrated in such a manner.

Uncle Phil

My uncle Philip Matthews passed away in early September 2005.  Philip will be missed by friends and family.  He will always be remembered for his kind, gentle and humorous spirit.  He could make a crowd of people laugh even in the most dire of times.  He had a real knack for impersonations - he did them on the fly and many people can attest to the accuracy and skill he had with these impersonations.

God speed Philip.  You will be with us forever!
