So, Is Google eclipsing Yahoo?  We'll the fact is Yahoo still has more eyeballs and at this point, that's what really matters.  Yahoo has forged itself strong loyalties with eMail, Yahoo! Finance and particularly with Yahoo News.  Don't count them out.
